Where can I find a walking trail in San Antonio, TX? |
I've already tried the San Antonio parks website but it's very poorly put together and unclear. I'm from Michigan originally and we had local park websites that showed the facilities of each park, a map of the park, as well the distance of the walking trails. RIVERWALK :) well I know one in then NW area off Bandera towards 1604 I think it is called Braun park I know there are a few parks here Government canyon is culebra past 1604 turn right on Galm Rd it will be like a mile down u have to turn right they have a small loop and a big trail the small one u can take pets the big one not they have alot of mountain bikers that ride them to but i never had a problem with them its 6$ to get in or u can by a pass on one of my hikes my timberlands fell apart so i had to walk on my feet for like 3 miles talk about sore. Another one is Eisenhaur past 1604 and NW Military its a small but good one. Your right about the website its not to good. Good luck hiking Call San Antonio Parks and Recreation. |
