The Marys and the Disciples were to meet Jesus on the Mount--which most say is Mount Carmel in Galilee. As best I can measure from Historical maps this was 180 miles as the crow flys and I was conservative by only adding 20 miles for the twist and turns of the trails of the time. No supplies, tenting, food, steeds, pack animals or money is mentioned and from the wording they left immediately to meet Jesus.
typicall walking speed 2 to 3 miles and hour. If they walked 10 hours a day at mph that takes 7 to 10 days.
Provided they didn't take too many long stops at the gas station. I think your measurements are off. If the walked 180 miles north of Galilee, they would practically be in modern day Turkey. It is only about 60 miles from Galilee to Damascus.
