Walking guides for Phoenix and / or Sedona, AZ ?

Off to Arizona in October and want to get a real feel of the places. We both enjoy walking and are trying to find some information on circular walks, guided or by map, in the Phoenix and / or Sedona areas. We're both very active and have trekked in the Alps and Africa so not afraid of terrain or distance just want to get away from the roads and onto the trails....

Just to be sure, you're talking about hiking right?

In Phoenix, check out Camelback Mtn (short), Squaw Pk (longer), or any trail on South Mtn(ranges from short to long).

In Sedona, must do's are Boynton Canyon, West Fork of Oak Creek, and Jim Thompson. There are many more, but these will get you started.

There is aast amount of trails in Arizona. Although I have only 4x4 trails listed, I see many hikers who also enjoy these areas.
