Is a 600cc street bike 2. Much 4 a beginner?

I ride on dirt
would it b ok 4 me 2 get a 600 also after bike training

And older 600 cc may be a better starting bike for someone with some experience. I'd say look in to a late 90's Honda CBR of Kawasaki NINJa zx 600 or similar (it'll be cheap, insurance will be cheaper and you wont have to worry about dropping it, because its an older bike)

You can kill your self at 30mph, its even easier with a bigger bike, so I would get a few years experience on a small bike before moving up, Of course a lot of the time its others that pull out in front of you not your fault, but if you going slower you will have more time to stop. Passing your test is not everything you need to know.

600cc bike is much risky and dangerous for a beginner unless the road in ur city/state is good enough.
Whatever the road's condition, I will suggest beginners to start with any 150-250 cc bike as they are speed enough for riding with fun and learning. Once u feel that u've got expert in 250 cc bike riding, then may go for 600cc to 1300cc bike as ur wish and budget..

Get a 600cc cuz 250cc and 500cc would be a joke for u if your used to riding 250ccs But you have to act like and be a responsible human being..For You Parents: They Love you and Trust you...you just cant go out and act like an idiot like all your lil HS friends.

Its like driving a V8 car, the power is there but do you always use it? Drive slow and get a fell for the bikes capabilities.

If you've been riding on dirt, I'm sure you'll be okay. I started riding dirt bikes, and my first street bike was a 650.
