Well obviously it is the MPs fault and that would be called gross negligence I would think. An apology doesn't seem enough but if the MP lost his life too then I think justice would be done - don't forget the MP's family is not responsible for his actions and will be grieving too. Believe it or not, that is a misdemeanor in Georgia, unless a felony was committed at the same time. Anyone that causes the death of another, whether an accident or not, will be held accountable. That is why it is a misdemeanor unless there are aggravating circumstances present. There's a different law for them to us (unless your name is Jeffrey Archer ) - They'll just dish out an ASBO - they do it all the time Someone would probably say it was just an unfortunate accident. Maybe the young guy may get compensation from the government for the lost of his baby. The driver would be charged for at least driving without due care and attention. It's not because they're being cheap, it's a liability issue. So, before you purchase tires onli... go get a ninja 650 or an SV 650.... the 600cc sport bikes will land you in the morgue...or worse...and what ever you decide take the safety class.... ...$400 won't get you much. But in my opinion, go with the Fit stock line. They are the best out of the box and are light for a complete. ... DR-Z 400sm really isn't a sport bike and the cops might mistake it for a dirt bike and pull you over. honestly, I would go with the CBR 600, join a sport bike club and have fun. ...No, don't give up what makes you happy! Children feel a zest for life naturally, and love it when a parent shares enthusiasm for it just like they do. Just maybe be smart about it as you said... |
