Mother of 2 and I want to cont. dirt biking and try other extremes.?

I have family members telling me to give up doing the things
I'm intrested in. Such as Dirt biking, white water rafting, and street biking. These can be dangerous but so can crossing the street. My youngest is 9 months and needs me alot. But it's not like I'm going to jump a 100 foot jump or somthing. I see that you can lose controll on just about anything, but I just want to have the excitment and adventure these can bring. With using caution and trying my best to be smart about it.Do I have to give this up just because I have My little ones?(whom I love very much).

No, don't give up what makes you happy! Children feel a zest for life naturally, and love it when a parent shares enthusiasm for it just like they do. Just maybe be smart about it as you said, and temper your activities so you're maybe not going for the craziest circuits. Other than that, you're right, any of us could "go" anywhere, anytime!

You must not really jumb 100 feat, but why you should give up rafting or something else? If it make you happy, you will be happy in your life. Otherwise the children will feel that you are not really happy.

No way! As long as you're safe, who cares? Like you said, you could be killed or hurt crossing the street, driving to work, going to the store. When it's your time to go, it's your time to go. Avoiding exciting activities isn't going to make that any easier or harder.
In my opinion, so long as you're not using drugs, becoming an alcoholic or selling yourself on the streets, who cares? Have fun and enjoy being a great mommy at the same time!
