A man was arrested over the letter bomb campaign in the UK Why did the police need to go at 3am? |
This was a single 27year old who lived in a council house with 55year old mother and 24year old sister.He worked as a school caretaker and went to work on a bicycle.Why couldn't they arrest him on the way to work and why did it need 7 uniformed officers and several plain clothed officers.Wouldn't it be more likely that he could set off an explosion at home than in the street on his bike? How much did it cost in overtime at 3am It seems a bit over the top.Imagine them bursting in on Tony at 3 am to ask about cash for honours.They did go over the top with that labour secretary woman though. Makes you wonder.He was having to ride a bicycle to his job as a caretaker and was living with his mum.probably because he doesn't have a car.Why no car? In the light of his actions it would seem a pretty good bet he's lost his licence and possibly his job, hence living with his mum and being a caretaker. You can begin to imagine the mans seething resentment of the way his life has been ruined by a few lapses in driving behaviour, while serious offences are allowed to continue almost unchecked.I had an arson attack on a tree in my front garden.and the offender got a 拢30 fine the man probably thought it was time someone made a stand against Big Brother.You cannot condone what he did but I can certainly understand why. Who cares what time it was....Haven't you got better things to do??? in the dead of the night some do good some do evil who is to judge till justice come? truth will be heard will it get the media attention? They needed to go in at 3am just before Royal Mail came to collect the previous afternoon's mail, so reliable are they. On the police front, who knows. Does it ever strike you as unecessary that when you see a scene of crime on the TV, there's always about 4/5 police officers standing at the end of the road? Amazing how you never see them on the street. In addition, it's amazing how much effort the police put into finding a disgruntled motorist isn't it? What about getting on the beat and preventing street crime? He could have killed numerous people with his alleged vendetta so i think a 3am arrest is irrelevant and money well spent!! hear, hear! The police should have just sent him a postcard saying "please come down to the station so we can question you about those nasty bombs." And they should pay for the taxi, and they should buy him lunch and a nice pair of shoes, and probably a nice TV for his poor old mum and then give his sis a little DVD player or something. I mean, really! because they could pretty much gaurantee that he would be in bed asleep, easier to arrest that way as they are not expecting it, safer for all concerned. fair play to them, enough officers are killed in the line of duty. |
