What is required to make a dirt bike 'street legal' in the state of Georgia?


So far I have heard:

Mirrors, head-lights, tail-lights and break lights.

But where do you go to get it inspected and signed off on?

Looks like you have most of the part changes covered. I would add a muffler but not sure of GA laws.
