I am looking for a cheap street legal dirt bike 250cc or more for $400 at the most? I would check with the local MSF...they usually buy new bikes every couple of years and sell off the old ones really cheap. I know in PA they usually have a couple dual-purpose bikes for the MSF and they end up selling them for around $400-$500. They will definately have some cosmetic damages but other than that they run good. Good luck, buddy. I don't think you'll find one anywhere near that price unless it's a late 70's early 80s enduro, which isn't much of a dirt bike. Get real good luck..you wont find anything like that for $400.add a thousand to that and maybe but i doubt it You will be buying someone else's problem and it will cost you much more in the end. Save at least $1000 and get a good used Japanese bike or live and learn the hard way like I do. Check out cycletrader.com I just bought a 10 year old off road only 250cc for $2000. Don't think you can even get a seat and plastics for any bike for $400 Any bike of any cc running is gonna go for no less $1000 for the most part. But hey... you never know... good luck You can probably get a decent used Suzuki DR-Z 400 for around $1500. You'll have a very hard time finding anything in riding condition in your price range. |
