How do I arrange hiring of a reputable Filipino Nanny-Housekeeper to work in Texas? |
My daughter is a single mom of a 12 month old baby. She has to work and I, her mother, take care of her. However, I have rheumatoid arthritis and it is difficult for me. Since my husband and I live on Social Security, with limited income, we don't want to place her in a Day Care facility for another year or so. A Nanny could live with our daughter and baby while performing chores such as light housework for daughter and me; babysitting while her mother works and receive a monthly income. How do we go about doing this and what income would the Nanny-Housekeeper require. Would be interested in a year service and must speak some English and experience with babies. Daughter and grandbaby live a few streets over from us and would provide a bicycle for transportation between homes in good weather. Otherwise, provide transportation by us. Not to young...and not too old...good health...kind and personable.
