Its about 10 years old or so, by a band similar to oasis or the verve...or it maybe even be them. It features a guy riding a bicycle (chopper style - pedal bike) through crowded streets in england passing market stalls, and scenes similar to that from east london, it quite dark almost black and white. Then they show the whole thing backwards.
You may try a coldplay track as I'm really sure it's one of theirs but I can't remember which one, or it may be Ian Brown. Hope this helps.
