Is Ducati the only maker of "Monster" style street bikes?


And are they the largest size? (length/width)

There are lots of naked sport bikes(aka monster)out yamaha makes a sweet FZ-1,kawasaki makes the Z1000,suzuki ts1000,ts650 honda 919 all very nice bikes with alot lower cost to buy and service.
Ducks are sweet however they cost a lot to buy and to service

The Hayabusa is nothing like a monster. Buell makes some cool naked muscle bikes. If you wanna go old school the Yamaha V Max is sweet. Otherwise the guy who answered in detail nailed it. Oh Yeah the Suzuki Sv is cool too.

All make cool street bikes without fairings. Some are even called better than "Monster" too - eg MV Agusta "Brutale".
