Help on ticket violations. About wearing the headphones on ur ears especially while crossing the streets.? |
Couple yrs ago like 4-5 yrs back there were tickets violation for riding bicycles on the sidewalk well in brooklyn ny, now i'm hereing that wearing the headphones on the streets while crossing the streets can get u into trouble, well let's say a ticket of somewhere betwwen a 100 and 250 dollars just for having on ur headphones u know listening to ur music. But why, anyone should know whats right from wrong. There's a few accident about listening to ur music on your ears while crossing the streets. Probably about a 2-5 months ago in New York City i think the government was trying to make that a violation as breaking the law for being on the cellphone while crossing the streets. According to the votes i think 63% of people said no that should't be a vilolation and know i'm confused whats the real facts hear becuz i really will like to know. Is there any P. offices out there that can let me know the truth. I understand talking on the phone while driving is a violation. It has been said: "When the government fears the people, you have liberty. But when the people fear the government, you have tyranny." From your nearly illiterate posting, I would say that a bright young lad like you should be able to figure out that most laws have a reason for being... SAFETY... for you and others... is a GOOD REASON. Liberals want to control your life and solve your problems. Liberal solutions are always worse than the problem. |
