Are electric powered mini bikes street legal in nj? |
please help mee Hello. Though I was raised at the Jersey shore, I've lived elsewhere for a long time. One thing I do know, NJ is one of the most buerocratic states in the country. It wasn't that long ago they didn't even allow motorcycles of any size on the turnpike and parkway. I would guess what your asking is very resticted or illegal altogether. Your best bet, check with the NJ Dept. of Motor Vehicles or it's equivelent. Good luck. you mean those little dinky motocycles that arent knee high.. no they arent street legal in any state.. there have been lots of accidents due to people not being able to see them.. SUV's and trucks.. even low vehicles.. call the police and check with them for sure.. but most states prohibit them on roads.. |
