Is it a crime to clothesline old men on the street? |
My question is as simple as it gets,is it a crime to clothesline old people on the street? My friend james todd was ridding his bike down the street when all of a sudden a old man jumped out the bushes and scared james, so he did what any good blooded american would do, he cocked his arm back and clothes lined the old hippie back from the old box where he came from. "Red blooded" also I havent seen James Todd in awhile please send him back to us old man! I know where James Todd is!! I saw him running down the railroad tracks being chased by some crazy guy. It is called assault, it is crime. But he does have a defense, it was spontaneous. Ex police officer Ya I think it is you dumbfuck It is if he has no reason to but the old bum scared him so i would say its condition reflex for for protecting himself. James is dead and in hell where he belongs ! We old man are starting to protect our selfs don't mess with us !My walker and I are fully armed and ready for bear and keep in mind you have more to lose than me ! if he had just kinda clotheslined any old random pedestrian, then yes, it would be a crime. but since the man jumped out on him, i think they would be alot more lenient....but thats just wut i think.... |
