I ride about 7 miles at 25 mph on a wind bike ...what do you think that would be the equiv of that...? |
on a random street route on a mtn bike? Perhaps 20mph on an MTB. I find that most quality indoor bikes correlate reasonably well with my performance outdoors on a good road bike. My performance on a MTB is about 20% slower due to weight, rolling resistance and gearing. 25mph is 25mph....wont change.... but that just means you gotta CRANK IT OUT!! |
