Any opinions on this bike for school next year? |
http://www.cannondale.com/bikes/07/cusa/... That's a very nice bike. But it's not a bike I would use for school. You leave an obviously very expensive bike like that outside your lecture hall unattended, it's sure to have things stolen off of it. Don't be surprised to find the seatpost missing or a wheel gone if you didn't have time to quick release things to lock them up (and what college student does when rushing to class?) I would just get a cheap beater bike that no bike thieves would bother to hit. That Cannondale is a sweet bike though. if you are commuting, I recommend the Specialized City Globe series... http://www.specialized.com Or I would suggest the Forge M Street http://www.forgebikes.com/mstreetbk.asp... Affordable with great quality. Or I would look at the Trek Soho. Enjoy school! |
