I live in a suburban street, and if i buy my 12 year old son a small mini-bike, are you legally allowed to ride it around your own backyard, without anyone calling the cops??????
when i was a kid me and my two Friends had bikes they were loud. a neighbor complained they called the cops the cops could do nothing.they told the neighbor to talk to are parents that it. they moved because of us.they wrote a big culom in the newspaper about us
Yes as long as you are not really loud and doing it at reasonable times. To loud may be considered disturbing the peace. Especially if you don't get along well with your neighbors. Have fun.
