How to ride a wheelie on a zx6r? |
I have a zx6r, is it possible to ride wheelies in gears 2nd and higher, if so how, and is there any instructional videos or publications on how to stunt street bikes? It's possible to ride a wheelie on a unicycle. Every seasoned biker knows you ain.t got no control without both wheels on the ground. These extreme sports riders who do all these stunts like flipping off hillhops ,leaving the seat in mid air and grabbing back on the bike and landing on both wheels leave us old riders wondering just how many bones you got to break to get to this leval of riding ( Evel Kneval has broke every bone in his body at least 3 times and spent many hrs.in the Int. care unit of hospitals to get where he got) if you see him today he needs help just to turn his bike around on a 2 lane highway. Maybe you should try to contact him in Fla. and ask him how to break a few bones just to impress a girl or two and prey you don't end up a paraplegic fed thru a tube with someone changing you diaper 3/4 times a day. Both wheels down for max. control and agility to win races in road racing and croos country races.Leave the stunt riding to the stunt drivers Source(s): 37 yrs riding w/o a serious accident cause I kept both wheels down for Max control and have friends in nursing homes and cemetarys who didn't The 636 has more than enough power to wheelie in 2nd. I don't know of any specific instructional videos, but here's a pretty good write up on a forum I frequent. http://www.bayarearidersforum.com/forums... Good luck...stay safe. http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=... please be careful, and wear full gear! There are plenty of vids on the subject, and you should be able to wheelie that bike in all the gears once you learn how. My advice to you is to learn to ride like an old fart, someday you might get to be one! Me, broken back twice, pelvis 3 times, etc, etc, ect..... |
