just regular dirt bikes not street legal ones with license plates. do u need to regester it?
Since they are not street legal, and can't be used except off road, no. You don't need a license off road.
well that all depends on where you live and where you plan to ride california has green stickers and red stickers but those are for if you plan on riding away from say home or a friends place
I don't know about every state, but where I am at the answer to both questions is no. They have a title, but no registration and no license. If you go on state lands you may need an ORV sticker.
