Since in some states,you aren't allowed to drive and talk on a hand-held phone at the same time? |
Shouldn't bicyclists be banned from that also,since they do bike in the street most of the time. No Bicyclists dont cause thousands of accidents every year because they are talking on the phoneI think it is a double standard. At one time US congress debating weather or not radios should be allowed in cars becuase it was a distraction. We got over that. It is too bad that there are a few people who cannot mulit-task. I talk on the phone all the time and I think I drive just as well as always. I have never been in a near accident while talking If cell phones are banned, so shouldn;t eating, reading maps putting on make up talking, changing the radio, looking out the window, ect. Cyclists aren't driving a 2,000 LB piece of machinery filled with explosive, combustible material that could kill several people at once. BUT they still shouldn't be using the cell when riding....you never know when something unexpected is going to happen. yes i think so cus there in the road and people on bikes get in bike recks all the timelook at the news yes. besides, they might as well pull over. BillyandGaby: you have cut me off several times. You were just oblivious to it, because you were on the phone at the time. lol |
