1982 Harley Davidson Super Glide II ... Whats its worth ?? |
This bike has a shovelhead, 1340 cc, unknown actual miles, tons of chrome, but requires constant attention... Used to be a Drag Bike, remodified to street... wiring is a puzzle, but she runs strong first off I think nada.com runs an older section if you check the site and look at the antiuq section. Also I was looking at one the other day at the harley shop, It was not theirs but they said the lady whose husband owned it before he died was asking $7200 ( it was an 81) Our Harley shop here is very helpful in getting list prices for the customers when they ask. Source(s): Just an old biker i have a nice 1984 fltc dresser that i gave 6500.00 for and felt that i got a bargain..... no problems though i own a shovel, 1978 FXE. it runs excellent. i have seen nice shovels go for up to $9000, but me personally would never give more than $6800 for any shovel head. but that is me. you could probably get at least $6200 for a complete bike in rebuildabal condition. but you just have to find the right person. 6,000 to 8,000 in listed conditon. Running is 8 not is 6 unless it looks real ruff. According to legend, its worth the same as when it rolled off the assembly line. |
