Is this enough exersice?



k this is what i started doing yesterday:

- rode my bike around a street that takes about 8 minutes to walk, ten times at medium intensity
- did 20 minutes on the tredmill
- did 20 minutes on a olpitical device

if i keep up with this and eliminate all the extra food that i don't need in meals (like extra snacks), will i be able to lose about 5 inches from my thighs and like 3 inches from my stomach by june?

Your exercise choices are good ones. These are aerobic in nature and go towards burning unwanted fat. How much fat you shed depends on the amount of excess calories burned (3500 = 1 lb of fat). Remember that your own metabolism and especially your nutrition plan will play a CRITICAL role in how many excess calories you can burn with the exercise plan you've chosen. Is it possible to reach your goal? I'd say yes. But I can't guarantee it. If you are eating properly, you have a strong chance of achieving your objective - you will certainly see progress. The trick is to adopt a healthy lifestyle and keep it your whole life. Don't worry so much about short-term solutions. Throw in some strength training and you'll see exponential progress.
The exercise is good but it depends on what you eat. If you eat whole grains, fruits, vegetables, etc you should lose the 5 inches. If you want to do it quickly, I'd suggest the atkins diet (ALL protein-meat)
you need 11/2 hours of exercises a day or at less 45 minutes3days a week ,
I think its a good start. It's about 50 min of cardio so you should see great results if you keep it up. I cant say for sure what you will lose or where it will come from but i say do it! Thats a good plan with lots of good cardio.
First of all, eliminating bad food is at least as important as excess food. Avoid saturated fat, don't have ANY trans fats (listed in ingredients of food as "hydrogenated oil", EVEN when the label says 0 grams of trans fat!!). Go easy on the carbs, and try to eat the starchy stuff for breakfast and lunch, having just meat and veggies for dinner.

Add weight lifting to your workout if you can. Muscle burns calories faster than fat, so if you have more muscle, you lose fat faster.

Your cardio routine sounds great, though!! Good luck!!
it depends the way i lost weight was to play baseball dandy shady(jamaican game when you dont llet the ball hit you ) starving and ate little or nothing and i lost 15 pounds in 2 months so maby not .exercising turns fat into muscle so maby you wont lose it and watch the food you eat

i did the same as you and i over did it at first and now i still feel slightly sick.
So just start of small, like 10 minutes, then build it up so next week 15 then 20 etc.
