What kind of bikes are recommended for biking in the streets? |
i feel like buying one. Get one from a pawn shop. I bout a Giant Option for 20 bucks and rebuilt it from the ground up. Replaced everything but the handlebar stem. Just make sure you don't use a QR if you ride a Brooks saddle...Harley's ;-) depends on your general health and what it's like where you'll be riding. hybrid or cruiser styles are a good start. recumbent bike www.lightningbikes.com the best bike i got so far i would always recommend one of the various cannondale bad boy bikes. cannondale do this in a number of different configs, but all black, discreetly styled and branded, and there always a few for sale on ebay Also biking on the streets mean a big, mean, lock you have to keep those burglers at bay bmx is the best overall bike ever made.try getting a haro or mongoose.even a s&m or specialized would be good. |
