Y arent peeps alowed to ride pocket bikes on the sidewalks or streets?

But yet people can ride those gas and electric scooters that go 10 times faster I dont get it do you???

it's considered a motor vehicle. according to the laws, a motor vehicle has to meet safety specifications. and pocket bikes don't adhere to the law.
It really depends upon where you live. Here, laws were passed specifically for "pocket type" bikes because kids were getting killed on them by riding them in the street among traffic.

So, it depends on how your law reads. All motorized bikes must be licensed and have insurance on them for them to be street legal. What does your traffic law state?
Those can be seen over the hood of a car! Pocket bikes are just faster minibikes. Not safe for street use.
most state laws have a cubic centimter size limit...like most pocket bikes are only 50cc's and to be street legal it needs to be at least 90cc or more and licensed. No motor vilicles are alowd on sidewalks those are for walking techincally you arn't even suppose to ride a peddal bike on the sidewalks but they let it pass. I've seen cops pull people over for riding those little stand up motor scotters before but a biger motor scooter on the rodes need to be licensed. I live in MI and I see pocket bikes on the streets all the time, usally cops won't do much but give you a slap on the wrist and make you walk it home...the just arn't big enough cc's to license
