I bought a new Lifan 200 motorcycle with a certificate of origin. The bike came from China and is street legal, but I am having trouble with getting the tags, title, and Lic.
I just got my Lifan. I brought it to the DMV and had to fill out my tax info. They charged me $77 for taxes. Then I gave them the Cert. Of Orig. and they mailed me a title, $65. I also got the plates the same day, $33 dollars. Hope this helps.
I know I live in ohio if we have this we must call highway potrol to have it inspected then if the pass it they will give you a paper to help you out.
