It's raining right now....?



I have a treadmill...and I have been up since 9:30, its 1:08 PM i still havent gotten on it..i meant to get on it in the morning..but its just so dang boring! il isten to music while on it, but now thats getting old, the TV, well I lose my concentration on the TV and start focusing on how bored I am.ughhhhh....and i live in florida, its super hot, i cant go running by myself cuz im not allowed. and i just dont want to get on my treadmill. can anyone give me some motivation to get on it, or something i could do while on it? i WAS gonna go outside and ride my bike, but just 5 minutes ago it just started raining! and i dont feel like riding my bike anyways, its boring, i can only go around the baseball park which is just a blunt circle, and up and down the streets around my street...i dont live in a neighborhood. what can i do for fun on the treadmill?!

just get up and do it. the sooner you do it the sooner it will be over. you only have to do it for about 30 minutes so whats the big deal? do you want to skip today? then you can skip tomorrow too... and then the next day... pretty soon you will be like a majority of the rest of the world... over weight and out of shape.... is that enough motivation.... if not just flip on the tv to the news channel and see all the people that are common people like us and see how they are out of shape... would you like to be just like that? if you have a treadmill use it... do you know how many people in the world have a problem with thier wieght and have no means to do anything about it!! get on it!!
I always found a good TV show and walk during the show so I could hear it better and then run during the commercials.

It broke up the monotony of it all! I got rid of my treadmill and just go to the gym now!

so put the doughnut down, get off your ***, and start running.
its hard to make the treadmill fun! just do 30 minutes..thats all. I'm sure you can stand to be bored for 30 minutes if it means you are healthy and your body is lookin better!
Turn on your radio or ipod and listen to music or podcasts while walking/running on your teadmill.
That is what I do.
