If a police officer heard you speeding can he give you a ticket? |
there was a bike that he looked like he pulled over that follwed us for a wile till be pulled into a back street. can the police send some one to get the plates and then fine me later? No. Source(s): , A cop can only give you a ticket if he clocks you even when there is a cop car and he doesnt clock you then your good since thats just how it is no, but he'll be keeping a eye on you from now on.
