How to deal with agressive neighbors and their child? |
Neighbor's daughter (9) has in the past week, intentionally jumped several times on my younger (6) son's bike to the point she broke it. Gouged my older son's (8) arm (skin flaked off). Wrote axxhole in chalk on street as well as I hate (my son's name) this girl lies all the time, accused my older son of slapping her in the face, older son is kind and would not hurt a fly, younger son another story. Father came over stating there is too much agression in the neighborhood, he is clueless about his daughter,halo over her head. Talked with mother to see what we can do, informed her of gouge, she stated you are full of sh$t. then states $uck you. This is not the first time that the girl has physically hurt my son, but this is the first time the mother has. I do not care what the mother says to me, but I cannot tolerate the violence any longer. Make a report to the police they will talk to the family and give a no trespass ordinance on them and their children and you will have documentation showing that you have had problems in teh past with this family if you later have more serious problem or have to take them to court for destruction of property. Try to get a snapshort of this girl in action via your cellphone or something. Then approach the parents and threaten to bring the police into it if they don't take charge with the daughter. Slap that lil Biatch to eternal hell and laugh your way to the top of everything or get a assasin Get a restraining order and when they break it call the police. Hopefully you can harass them to the point they move. OK, I had the neighbor from hell for 10 years. Everytime he did anything; I called the cops. You need to do the same thing; call, and call and call. After a while they WILL move away., as he did. Forget talking to them, they will just get worse. PS the girl is looking for attention. I know this may sound out there, but in extreme situations like this, i'd suggest that you consider moving. Parents can be fierce when it comes to defending thier children, even if their kids are terrors. Sounds like you may need to move for your own safety. Tell them that if they dont get a grip on their child, then your only choice will be to take them to court. You dont want to go that far, but you will, because it is rediculous. |
