Does exercissing inside the house really work? |
I exercissed on this bike I bought , inside my room. Yesterday I used my real bike.. the one people use to exercisse on the streets, and I've noticed that my stomach got smalller and I lost callories faster. Is this really true? either way will work eventually! but when you were outside riding your bike, you adrenaline was running and you pushed yourself harder, b/c you were in the right surroundings! you wont workout AS hard while inside your home, b/c there's sofas and beds and food at your finger tips! and more of a reason to not workout hard! exercise tapes for specific regions and overall aerobics will benefit you, but getting out the house and getting yourself some fresh air will benefit you more rapidly than doing it all inside your home!! goodluck No. You just enjoyed the experience more because you got out of the house, and it was more interesting so you probably did more exercise and felt better. You can exercise with tapes, DVDs etc in the house and in summer it's cooler. Put on some music and go for it. stationary bikes aren't as good at simulating hills and other real-life obstacles on a real bike. riding a real bike is alway better than a stationary bike in your home because of the texture of the road and the turns and hills etc. also running on the streets is harder than a tredmill any time you are moving your body and your heart rate is up, you are doing something good for yourself. I don't know what you mean by "lost callories faster." How the heck would you be able to gauge that? You probably worked out harder or longer being outside b/c it's not as boring as being inside. Just exercise, don't eat crap, and you will be doing the right thing. It doesn't matter where you do it, just do it! exercising in the house really works.... however...riding a stationary bike does not require balance (which works your core)...it is probably hotter outside so you sweat more.... there are many variables as to why you might burn more calories on an outdoor bike..... however...spinning classes are absolutely killer and one of the hardest workouts of all! Yes, sure. |
