intimidating youths that make noise all the time and shout their buisness around the street like a broadcast. mopeds rippin over asphault and motor bikes, all the time, groups of youths gatherin in groups and men to, shoutin aggressivly all the time. day and night, youths live in the flat below me an they shout and blast music, can anyone tell me how i can survive this? aaaaaarrrrrrrgh!!!!!!
That would wear me out. and for years, it did...I live in an apartment complex (we rent the house in front) and it was horrible, parties all the time, rude kids, mean neighbors...We called the neighborhood code compliance people, and complained...they sent letters to the owner, and told them that if they did not control their tenants, they would be fined..if you can contact the neighborhood code compliance, but don't ask the landlord himself or mention to the people so they won't think you were the one who complained...Or you can tell the owner of the property, if it is a government owned place, ask your case worker who would you get in touch with...I am sorry you have to live there, it is too bad you can't move really...or have things to sell so you could get enough money to move out
I'm going through the same thing with one of my neighbors. The best thing to do is try to keep to yourself or don't stay home while they're out there making ruckus (sp?). Good luck. I know how stressful this can be...
