Is Vancouver not the greatest city in North America? |
I went there on vacation and I was sad to leave. It's so better than where I'm from, Toronto. You can actually swim in the beaches at their waterfront, and there is so much greenery in the streets. I mean, so many streets have big green trees lining the sidewalks. It really freshens up the streets. And speaking of greenery, I wish I had Stanley Park in my city. I saw a tree there that was about as wide as my car! The views from the Lionsgate bridge were amazing, at it was just plain cool going through that park on my bike. And you have so many Asian women there, sigh... The only complaint I have there is the cost of living compared to where I'm from. So that's my rant about how I love Vancouver, I'm probably going to live there when I grow up. Vancouver is my favorite city in Canada I live in Toronto now, but i would love to move to BC one day If you are asking for votes with your question I'd have to agree with many of your observations about Vancouver, BC. But the greatest? Not Vancouver. Maybe Vancouver is the second greatest. But the greatest has to be Ennis, Montana. You'll have to go there to see why. NO - isn't there a city workers strike with garbage piling up? Besides, in Vancouver, you don't have to shovel snow, but you do have to shovel socialist government BS. Calgary rules the roost Vancouver is amazing for lots of reasons. I'm with you! I live in Vancouver and it is a really nice place. I might be going to Toronto next summer, so I'll see how much I like it if I go there. I personally like New York a great deal and I'd like to live there one day, but I don't think I could completely leave Vancouver, because it's also my home. A bunch of trees in Stanley Park fell over when there was a big storm some many months ago. Being a local here in Vancouver, I'm sure you went to more places around here than I've ever been to in my lifetime. But it's still a great place. Glad you liked it come again |
