Trek FX 7.3 vs. 7.5?

I think I've whittled down my bike search to a Trek FX model. I'm curious if the extra money spent on a 7.5 is worth it. The biggest difference seems to be a carbon fork. Will this make for noticeably less vibrations? Any opinions either way? I'm leaning towards the 7.3 just because of the price point, but I can be talked into a .5. I will mainly be riding on paved streets (although this is Chicago, so probably a fair amount of potholes and bumps).

The carbon fork will give you a little more smoother ride that the rigid aluminum one from the 7.3. Also, the components are a little different and smoother shifting. also, all the 7.5's i've seen come with disc brakes which have more stopping power. Both are fairly similar in speed. The colors on the 7.3 are black and duotone blue while the 7.5 is greyish or black with livestrong paint. If you can afford it... go for the .5... its always good to get a little more than what you need because you can always use that little extra in the long run.
The 7.5 is a good step above the 7.3. It has a carbon fork which I think is important, but it also has a grade of componentry higher than the 7.3. If you are going to be doing a fiar amount of riding on this bike, the 7.5 might be worth it.
