Why do my feet get tingly when riding a stationary bike? |
Why do my feet get tingly when riding a stationary bike? alot of times the seats on such bikes are not ergonimocally designed, nor is the pedal hight correct both of which put pressure on the femoral artery which supplies blood to your legs and is the second largest artery in your body. The lack of blood and therefore oxygen is what is causing the tingling, which is often referred to as going to sleep... in this case you are using it so it can't fully go to sleep.. Adjust your pedals, seat height and or type, or ride for less otherwise you may cause damage to your system over time due to a lack of oxygen in a working area, which increases anerobic activity in the leg also increasing lactic acid production and therefore feelings of stiffness and soreness above what they would normally be. buy a smaller padded seat thats at walmart and change them Constant weight on them and loss of circulation, try riding out of the saddle to let blood flow. if you're too fat. most likely, the bicycle seat is now lodged up your anus. this results in tingly feet. eat some prunes and sit in the toilet. With enough pressure, the seat should shoot out of your *** just in time for your next meal at the buffet table. it could be blood flow problem sit up straight on bike do not hunch your back |
