Will I be able to lose more than 30 pounds if I use a stationary bike and extreme diet? What about treadmill? |
I plan on getting a treadmill but will I be able to acheive my desired weight in 2 mos. im 200 lbs. I need to be 150 lbs atleast.. Losing 25% of your body weight in 2 mos. sounds dangerously unhealthy. But, yes, extreme diet and exercise should do it. People forced in such conditions have lost weight like that. Best of luck to you in acheiving your goal :) Yes. It should work if you are serious. I have found that a elliptical machine is much more efficient than a treadmill. I get shin splints and sore knees on a treadmill, but not on an elliptical. Also, I tend to be able to cover more mileage in less time. it is unrealistic to desire to lose that much weight in that little amount of time--- if it were to occur it isnt good for ur body- extreme dieting has an opposite effect- it makes ur body retain everything bc it thinks its in "survival" mode- losing weight that quick is hard on your body, you'd have to workout alot everyday and diet strictly. i would try a version of the adkins diet while watching your fat and calorie intake. that should shed the weight fairly quick. try using light weights while youre on the treadmill. you wont because it wont be able to fit your lifestyle.judging by your weight you eat a lot and dieting in the extremes will just make you feel deprived and eat the pounds back.maybe more.if you have the discipline then you will.then again the weight you currently have only speaks for itself that you dont have a slice of discipline in you.try slight dieting and moderate exercise.treadmills sucks.its boring.try jogging outdoors Possibly, if you have the will to push yourself every day and no cheating! By extreme diet, make sure to drink plenty of H2O and a lot of raw fruit and vegetables. No starving please!! It is very dangerous especially when you workout. Got to keep the body hydrated and fed. Eat like a bunny rabbit and train like you are training for the Olympics. 30lbs will melt off like butter. No butter for you though! |
