how long til i see results, if i ride for 30-45min a day (i get really sweaty), eat small meals 4-6times a day, lots of water, and not eating after 6.
Give it some time and increase the resistance on the bike. Good luck! Do some ab work after your 30 minute biking session. Any type of exercise takes at least 2 weeks to see positive results. For the first week, you may feel like you are getting bigger instead of smaller, which is due to the swelling in your muscles. This will tone down and then in about 2 weeks you will start to notice little things. I have been walking about 2-5 miles at least every other day and about 2 weeks after I started, it became noticeable. Now, a month later, all my clothes are fitting looser and there is definately a firmness that wasn't there before. Be patient!
