If you want to work more on your legs than your stomach, do the stationary bike. If you want to tone your stomach more, do both. Alternate everyday or so (as the first post said)
Do both but alternate days.
I prefer elliptical. Stationary bikes aren't that easy for me. Another option would be the treadmill or stairstepper.
