I'm 28 years old with three children under my belt. I'm at 140 right now and my goal is to be 120. I'm not overweight being that I'm 5'7 but I'm not in that great of shape and miss being small and petite. Could some aerobics with the pilates do it and how long before I see results from it?
The only way to find out is to do it and see what happens. There are too many variables including how much you excercise and how often, how much you eat, what you eat, how often you eat, your metabolism, etc. And if you aren't overweight, maybe you shouldn't lose 20 pounds, maybe you should just tone up what you have. try with stationary bike for 1 hour per day and you go to loss weight fast do it for one month
