What is the best way to lose Belly Fat? I do situps ride the bike 2 miles daily and stretch? |
Currently Right Now I basically Ride the bike 2 miles Daily, stationary bike stretch lift some 20 lb weights Eat less than i did dont snack during hte day and drink water and diet pop. I am 6'3 285 LBS i was 300 LBS Good job on losing 15 pounds! You are definitely on the right track. Keep up what you are doing, and try to extend your bike ride. You can't spot reduce, so you'll just need to keep on burning those calories and taking in less calories to lose fat all over. Okay the best way to get results fast is to make some drastic changes and stick to it. So-forget the pop, diet or not sodas are way too much sugar (FYI the artificial sweeteners ultimately get stored as fat/extra calories-they don't just vanish into thin air), empty calories. Snacking throughout the day is infact encouraged-BUT make sure its healthy-some almonds, celery, carrots, plain yogurt, salad, tuna or a protein shake. Try to keep your snacking calories to a minimum. Oh and try not to eat anything 2-3 hours before you go to sleep. Cardio-cardio-cardio: The only way your ab muscles are going to show is if you lose the superficial fat and the only way to do that is to control your diet and increase the cardio. So-keep up the good work, tweak in some of these additional changes and hopefully you will be on your way to a flat tummy! Cheers! AD Cardio combined with weight training is the best way to lose fat. To get rid if your belly takes time. That's one of the last places it comes off. It will come off your arms, face, legs first. But you have to reduce the amount of fat you have overall to see results. Eating right, drinking 64-72 ounces of water a day, and excercising will gice you thr results you seek. But it takes time. Nothing worth having is ever easy. Congrats. on the 15 lbs and keep up the great work! eat 5 to 6 smaller meals a day, 2 of the meals should b protein drinks, the other meals should consist of protein: egg whites, chicken, tuna, fish, steak complex carbs: brown rice, yams, whole wheat breads veggies: asparagus, green beans, broccolie, other green veggies and drink alot of water, and drink green tea throughout the day ....cardio 6 days a week, in the morning, before any breakfast right after u wake up, walk on the treadmil for atleast 40 minutes....in the afternoon 3 times a week do a full body low weight circuit workout, do abs every other day.... email me if u need anything else |
