I get bored very easily working out & I thought if I could do it thru out the day for 10 min. at a time I would be more apt to do it. I have a stationary bike & ecliptical (?) bike.
I am right there with you. I get so bored when working out but it is necessary that you get your heart rate up and keep it up for a minimum of 30 minutes in order to start burning calories. My suggestion is to find a friend that will work with you or use your MP3 or a TV to create a distraction. I often will begin when Law and Order comes on and quit when it ends. I get so into the show that I forget that I am working out. |
