Do you think this will work to lose weight and tummy fat...?

and i want to know if anybody has tried the hula hooping, and if it works or if you think it will work.

i also got a response that said i should do 5miles of stationary biking instead of 3 like i did b/c the running machine was broken, (and i found the bike much more conveniant) and i did 50 sit ups and 75 crunches, and they told me to do 100 of each. would this help me lose 5 lb's?

i am 5'1" and i am 110lb's and i want to lose 5lb's and i cut my calories to 1300 b/c i went to a site that said if i consumed 1300 calories a day i would lose one pound a week w/ out exercise so i am doing that w/ exercise also.

Well, at 110 lbs I don't think you need to lose weight. However, to lose weight, about 1 lb a day, try the South Beach Diet. It's strict but it works. I have been on Phase 1 for 3 weeks and lost 18 lbs. I happen to like the foods I am allowed to eat so it's easy for me. Get the book and try it.

Here's a good rule of thumb. Eat 250 calories less a day and burn 250 more calories a day. If you burn 3500 calories in 7 days which equals to 500 calories per day you'll lose 1lb. a week.
