WHY won't MY legs SLIM down?!?



Ive been doing squats and lunges and all that stuff to slim down my legs ever since before christmas.... and I can't notice any difference in my thighs whatsoever. Not one bit. I bought a stationary bike, but the doctor said even if I lose weight, I will still have big legs because the bike will gain muscle in your legs....is that true??

you need to cut some fat from your body by cutting the calories too.
It all depends if your legs are naturally that size. It may be fat or it may be muscle. If it is fat, the best way to start losing it is to jog/run around a track (and not a treadmill).
My roommate was on the track team.
Squats, lunges and cycling build muscle, they will make your legs look more bulky. If you want to slim down your thighs, try pilates or yoga, as this will streamline the body.
