What is the best home excercise machine to buy? |
I am looking at a treadmill, indoor stationary bike, or a stairmaster. What is better if you can only get one and what kind is best? Thanks i recommend treadmill because most of us want to jog or walk to exercise and with treadmill atleast u won't have to problem the place. u can do it inside ur house or in ur personal gym.. buy the one with high quality... I like the stationary bike the best...cause when its raining outside you can just ride your bike in the house....works for me. The best thing you can door buy for exercise is buy a comfortable pair of walking shoes or sneakers, three times a week, twenty minutes a day or night and walk those pounds off. The scenery is always different, meet new people, and lots of fresh air. try it ,it works, |
