Why haven't I lost any weight? |
I've been following the diet plan where you eat more fruits and veggies...eat 6 times a day...under 1500 calories. I've also been working out 6 days a week. 20 minutes stationary bike and 20 minutes targeting certain muscle groups. It has been over a week and I way exactly the same as when I started. Any suggestions to get a good kick start? you should consult a nutritionist for your follow up diet.. try some exercise you never done before and eat more fibers and lot of water. Change up ur routine dont just stick to the same thing every day. Drink plenty of water too. Cut out Sodas all together, even the diet ones. Water has no cals or sugar either. also give ur muscles time to rest. at least a day or two b4 u work them again I hate spammers. It's only been a week? It takes time to lose weight. It doesn't happen overnight. I wouldn't be concerned until it's been a month or so. These things do take time, but don't let it get you down. Keep up the good work, you will see results soon!! the trick to losing weight and i know from experience is you have to burn more calories in the day then you eat and you will see results but you also have to be on a strict diet of no junk food or very little like once a week or so and you have to be at the gym or excercise for about an hour to burn those calories i did it myself and lost 20 lbs Due to slightly increased muscle mass, the scale is inaccurate.
