Why is it when I exercise everyday my abdomen seems bloated, but goes down when I skip a week?



It seems when I exercise everyday, my abdomen seems to be bloated as if I am retaining water, but if I skip a week of exercising, it goes back to normal again. I seem to lose weight better by NOT exercising, which seems weird to me. The only exercise I do everyday is by using a stationary bike.

Alternating days, for different exercises is better. Even in school gym we only had exercises three times a week, and that was Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
What does bloated mean?????????
