I'm 5'6 and 135lb and trying to lose about 5 or 6lbs. I'm starting to use my stationary bike that's at home, but it sometimes gets a little boring. I use to dance for about 10+ years doing tap, jazz and irish tap, but I stopped when I was 16 and now I'm 19, so I would prefer not to do the basic dance moves. I'm not afraid of trying anything that I haven't done either like salsa, swing, bellydancing, etc..
If dancing is what you want to do may i suggest DDR. Its a great workout if you get really into it and you can impress people with your amazing skills. |
