Im 14 what should i be doing to bulk up a bit?



Im 14, 6'3 and about 160 pounds
I have a pull up bar and a 40 lb dumbell set..what can i do to mainly build up my strength in my arms but with some definition too. i have a stationary bike too, would that help for stamina at all or leg strength.

try to build up on your chin ups and pull ups,you can do curls,tricep extensions,hammer curls for your forearms.the bike will help for your stamina.
