Im trying to loose weight.? |
How would i go about doing this, i just got done riding a stationary bike for 10 mins. and the tread mil for 6 mins. I did about 20 sit ups. What else should i do other than eating healthy? do a lot of walking Source(s): ws nothing, you are doing just great! Nope. You have done everything in your power to "loose" weight at this point. If you want to "loose" weight, untie it. Loose or loosen = untie or unbind Lose = misplace or reduce If you are going to do cardio, do it for at least 20 min. a session to get the fuill benefits. Make sure you also take in enough water and take a vitamin/mineral supplement if you are dieting. Good luck! Start running (jogging) - 30 minutes 4 times a week. Cut down on your food. A fitness center - 4 times a week. No sweets in your bed tonight. Ephedrine (might be illegal in your country so beware!) the best thing for you to do is to get one a Reilly good exercise plan .but make sure its right for you.... talk to a trainer and get other tips that might help. if 6 min on the tread mil isn't working increase you time to 12 Min's. and so on..you may even enjoy getting out and ruining. try to expand what your doing and see how it works for you. |
