Will I be able to loose some weight?



I'd like to drop a few pounds (5-10). I'm 13, about 5 feet tall and I weight aproximatley 90 pounds.

Each {week}day I eat:
two scrambled egg whites with a slice of american cheese and a few sips of milk
either a dannon light and fit yougurt/a turkey-cheese-lettuce sandwhich/or a medium sized plain bagel with creamcheese
two small snacks-100 calorie oreos/a few honey wheat pretzels
For dinner my parents normally cook a nice meal-like some sort of chicken and noodles, or brisket and mashed potatoes, etc.
Then I sometimes have a little dessert-a smal bowl of double churned ice cream, a piece of candy


In december I started doing 100 situps each day with my knees bent and my toes under the edge of my drawer (in place of someone holding my feet) and 25 situps with straight legs. Today and hopefully a few times each week from now on I used the stationary bike for 30 minutes.

Any ideas on if I'll lose any weight or what I should do to lose some?

if your only 13 you shouldn't be worried about weight unless there is a health problem. ask your parents and talk to your doctor and maybe a counselor
you don't need to lose weight. i am a little older than you, and i am taller and weigh SO much more than you. just try toning your muscles. i ran and it helps so much. do weights and stuff. the situps are a good start. do at least 15 or 20 minutes of cardiovascular such as running, jump rope, bike riding, whatever. then, do weights or machines. before and after do strectcing. also get this book called the diet book for teens, it helps alot.
