How can I lose these stubborn 3 pounds?!?



I know, it doesn't seem like much of a big deal...but I'll feel much better once I lose these 3 stubborn pounds!
I gained them on vacation..and for the past few weeks, I've been trying] to eat less lol...and I doubled my exercise..so why won't they go away??

I can't go to the gym, and I don't want any links to websites where I have to buy something or do some detoxification thing... =]
All I have are aerobics dvd's [which I do daily] and a stationary bike and 2 dumbells [2 pounds each]

So what else is there left to do??!

u should forget about it..maybe getting bak to ur regular diet at home will get u bak to ur normal weight. i go up and down between 121 and 115. i cant tell which one im at unless i step on a scale. so ur worrying about weight that isnt noticable im sure.
Eliminate carbs for 2 weeks.
stop eating and go anorexic. This will work.
a minuscule amount of weight like that is usually based on, what you are wearing at the time, and whether or not you have eaten anything, it's not Actual physical weight that belongs to your body, most of the time. You should just continue you're regular way of living since you're weight has stabilized anyway it'll end up returning to normal. you don't need to freak out any start eating grass or anything to lose weight.
Start hitting those weights every other day! 20-45 minutes every session will do. Your body will build muscle in a few short weeks and will consume calories even while you are at rest, this is the nature of muscle.
THREE! What about those last 10- egad I am starving here and my muscles are sore and spasmy (word?) from so much exercise.
